Any hearty vegetable you like
Salt and pepper
Cut and prepare all vegetables for the grill. Heat grill to high. In bowl toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder to coat all vegetables well.
Place vegetables on hot grill, let cook without turning until first side caramelizes, turn and repeat.
Serve immediately or chilled or use in other items.
