1 pound sliced Persian cucumbers sliced thin (mandolin)
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon Honey
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
2 sliced scallions
1/4 cup cilantro
¼ cup Thai basil
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons sliced pickled ginger
1/2 Cup finely chopped Red Jalapeno or any sweet pepper
¼ cup julienne Carrot
4 cups assorted garden Greens
1 tablespoon Black and white sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon Foritukake Japanese seasoning
