Rosemary Mint Marinade with Garlic & Lemon
As demonstrated at the FarmShare Adventure CSA and Warehouse Market
Ingredients
10 large fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 t. chopped fresh rosemary
2 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 t. zest of lemon
3 medium garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 c. olive oil
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
Directions
Process all ingredients in the Cuisinart food processor until smooth.
Marinade meat and mixture in plastic bag for 2 hours.
Great Marinade for Lamb, Beef, chicken or fish.
